I am authour now!!

I have been writing ever since i was 8. When i was 13 (i am 18 now) i wrote a book but i kept it to myself and shared it among very close friends. Many people gave me good comments and appreciated my work too while some people looked down upon me. 
Two teachers and my school librarian encouraged my writing. 
Anyway i went to a publisher in hope that they will publish it. Sadly, within a week or so they sent back my hard copy back to me saying they were sorry. I cried my heart out and went to a very dear sister who really looked out for me. She wiped my tears and told me "good people dont always lose"
After several months, i gave my book for reading to my english teacher. He had published several books. He there after contacted me to his publishers and i sent in my soft copy to them. In 3 months of reveiwing they gave me a yes and just 2 weeks back the book was published and put for sale. 
This one chapter of success and i am thankful to everyone who encouraged me.
